02 / PROGRAMME DESIGN
Programme Design
Our interventions are structured around defined blocks of support. Every programme is configured to the school's requirements and the pupil's academic baseline.
Example 12-Week Programme
Weeks 1–2: Baseline & Brief
Initial educational baseline completed (this is distinct from the £97 parent diagnostic). Subject-specific lesson plan drafted and agreed. Start date and schedule confirmed.
Weeks 3–10: Delivery
Agreed frequency of tutoring. Attendance logs and progress checkpoints provided at a cadence agreed with the school.
Weeks 11–12: Review
Final sessions. End-of-block review and summary of agreed measures, reflecting work completed and assessment performance.
Configurable Elements
While the structure remains robust, schools have control over key delivery parameters to ensure the intervention fits their specific context.
- Subject focusMix of Maths, English, and Sciences.
- Weekly hoursScaled to the pupil's capacity.
- Start dateFlexible deployment outside standard term boundaries.
- ReportingFrequency of attendance and progress updates.
Decision Points & Funding
At the end of each agreed block, schools face a simple decision point: stop, adjust, or propose another block.
We do not assume funding continues through to exams. Automatic renewals are never applied; any continuation requires explicit written school approval and the relevant contract or purchase order change.
