Do you offer small group or in-person tutoring?

Our current focus is on online 1-to-1 interventions. Small group, school-day, or in-person formats are subject to discussion and operational confirmation.

How does data sharing and session recording work?

Data sharing agreements and session recording arrangements must be confirmed and documented prior to any pupil interaction. We do not make universal assertions about recording until these terms are established per school.

How do we escalate a safeguarding concern?

Safeguarding concerns are escalated through an approved secure channel directly to your designated safeguarding lead, not via general website forms.

How does invoicing and renewal work?

Payment terms and invoicing schedules are established per school agreement. Any continuation of an intervention requires explicit written school approval and the relevant contract or purchase order change.
