Refund Policy

We offer a no-questions-asked refund of the £97 Legacy Diagnostic Package if you are not satisfied. Ask within 14 days of payment for the diagnostic, whether the session has taken place or not. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Reply to any email from Legacy Academy, or email admin@legacyacademy.org.uk with the word "refund" within 14 days of paying. We refund the £97 to the original payment method; when it appears in your account depends on your card issuer.

Ongoing tutoring

Ongoing tutoring can be paid monthly or quarterly, with a 10% discount for quarterly payment. Your personalised tutoring agreement sets out the cancellation and rescheduling terms before you commit.
