How we verify
The rules we follow before a quote goes on this page.
We ask permission before publishing. If a parent left a review on Trustpilot or Google we still confirm by email that they're happy for us to surface the quote on legacyacademy.co.uk before it goes live. If they say no, the quote stays on the source platform and never appears here.
We don't pay for reviews. No discount in exchange for a five-star, no "if you write a review we'll waive next month's invoice" — nothing of the kind. Our refund policy is the only commercial conversation we have with a parent at the end of a tutoring engagement.
Where a review lives on a public platform — Trustpilot, Google Business Profile — the on-page card links straight back to the source so you can read the full review in context, see other reviews from that parent, and verify the date.
- Permission first — every quote is signed off by the parent before it goes on this page.
- No paid reviews and no discounts in exchange for ratings.
- Public sources are linked back so any quote can be read in full at the source.
- Names are first-name + last initial only — full surnames are never published without an explicit ask.
