By purchasing the Legacy Diagnostic Package you agree to these terms. The package consists of: a set of diagnostic assessments for your child, a 60-minute online specialist session, a written report, and a parent feedback call. Our refund policy gives you 14 days from payment to request a full satisfaction refund.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information at intake so we can match the right specialist.
• Supervise your child appropriately during diagnostic assessments.
• Attend your booked call or reschedule with reasonable notice.

Our responsibilities

• Deliver the assessments, report and call as described.
• Hold your child's data securely and only for the purposes set out in our privacy policy.
• Honour the refund guarantee in full.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the package. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
